Just follow the procedure so TT can do all they can to resolve if you are not satisfied then escalate -http://help.talktalk.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/2022

My views are my experiences.

There is a procedure you have to follow before the ombudsman will get involved outlined here.

Once you have followed that have received a deadlock letter from the CEO's office you can make a complaint with the ombudsman

As usual Woweebert is getting defensive and taking the focus away from the OP with a little help from TGV. As long as you can ignore their petty bickering and follow those procedure I pointed out you should get a satisfactory resolution.

The term "business use" is ambiguous, particularly as TT don't define it, but I would say that as long as you aren't directly making money from your internet connection then you will be fine.

make sure the letter is sent recorded delivery , and keep a record of any telephone calls and correspondence you have between your self and TalkTalk .

I have been here for many years and have seen many people with connection problems , with the help of other forum users , we have been able to self diagnose there problems and get repairs sanctioned much quicker , sometimes by the ISP , as in you know where the problem is or by the Op them self , as in house wiring or simple changing the WiFi channel .

I cant promise a fix every time but the success rate is IMHO very high and much higher than some ISP customer support teams to include TalkTalk .

What is strange about your case , is you have said you have moved and the problem moved with you , which to me says you moved the problem with you , which says to me the problem is your side of the telephone socket .

Funny that as I find your posts funny peculiar.
