Yes Mark is a TalkTalk representative , it would be best to send a private message with your question or post on the members forum , as it can be difficult to deal with customers on this forum .

If you don't get a satisfactory reply , by all means post back and let us know the out come .

Update
no one from Talktalk has answered my question as to why it was not upgraded automatically.
so not good
and " Mark " from Talktalk did not even reply to a pm as I was advised to do.

So it seems they are more interested in Xfactor than customer service

The PROMISE to upgrade has not been kept .........so promises must have a "use by date" promblem being no one gave me the date.

If I manage to progress I will let you know

I find them inconsistent and no one explains or defends them with regards to my first post, hence why I ignore them as an alternative provider.

More fool you by paying the supplement for four years on a vague promise.

If not happy then vote with feet and go elsewhere. There are resellers who buy from the TalkTalk wholesale arm, and can offer better customer service, if TalkTalk is the only LLU option on your exchange.

Thanks saffie
more fool me back with an update ..
luckily got through UK call centre and resolved my problem in 30 seconds and a deal that suited me.
And for the record when I signed up it was still a better deal than my previous provider.
anyway thanks for all the constructive suggestions

Glad it has all sorted itself out now.

Harsh wording was really to sound as a warning to others, ie. that this things can drag on, so be wary of sales promises, or worse internet rumour.
