Seen too many people have too many problems, anyway I try to give my money to smaller companies if I can as long as they offer a decent service for a fair price. notice the word fair, not cheap.

For what it's worth, I recently switched from Virgin to TT, and also arranged a similar move for my elderly aunt and uncle a couple of weeks later - some of us do have relatives wink

In each case the router arrived no more than 3-4 days before the changeover date, but they were there on time.

My experience so far has been fine. I have heard that telephone technical support is poor, with first and second line TSRs not authorised to do very much, but I have only called them about an admin point and they were OK.

I recommend using the TT broadband support forum for broadband functionality issues. My speed on a long line is critical - it settled at 1200kbps which was lower than before the switch. One post on the support forum got a friendly, sensible response, andthe noise target changed from 12 to 6dB. The speed up to about 1800-1900kbps which is as high as I have ever had here.

Happy so far, and the aunt and uncle have had no problems wink
