The installing Openreach engineer will bring the VDSL modem.

Hi mark,




TT send a router for you. The Open Reach engineer who conducts the installation will provide an Open Reach modem to be connected alongside the TT Router.

Take it from me never deal with TT fibre or adsl, and customer help is a chocolate fireguard,
YEEESH!! bless the day we were able to run away from that lot.
