that is all ,, no surprise . But its a AOL connection that only AOL support can deal with , best advice is move to the devil himself and save money and get access to the TalkTalk members forum where you can at least get some kind of support .

Thanks for all the comments. I think he now sees the need to change to another ISP but only when his current project is out of the way so as not to risk any connectivity loss when he needs it most.
