TalkTalk Business Pakcage

Im struggling to warp my head round the mess that is the TT Business Site.

Im trying to find out a few things.

Whats the Max Upload
Whats the usage limits (if any)
How much it will be
New line install cost (If i get a new line, I might just change my current package over)

I went to the public TT support page and input 'Max Upload' one answer was:
What are the restrictions on the TalkTalk Business SMTP outgoing mail servers?

In order to prevent the abuse of our mail relays (and consequent issues with anti-spam blacklisting) we operate certain restrictions on the volume of mail that we will relay.

If you are connecting from within our network (ie from a TalkTalk Business IP address) then these limits are:

Max Messages/Connection:10
Max Recipients/Message: 150
Max Message Size: 32MB (after MIME encoding, in practical terms this is about 20Mb of attachments)
Max Connection per IP: 2
Max Recipients/Hour: 3500

If you are not connecting from within our network (ie using another ISPs connection or roaming) and authenticating with our relay server then the maximum number of recipients per hour is reduced to 250.

Please note that we reserve the right to change these limitations based on operational requirements.

Me too I can't see any ref. to 'adsl upload speed' in my post.

1) Max upload is 1 meg on LLU & 832 kbps on ipstream.

2) Their T&C's state they have a 100GB per month FUP on LLU or 40gb on ipstream

3) tenner a month + 13.95 line rental (ex VAT)

4) Free new line install if you take out broadband + line rental at the same time.

Other perks:
Static ip address available, priority over TalkTalk residential network at exchange and far superior phone support (uk based) than residential offering.

£60 if i want annex m
