TalkTalk Essentials

I am thinking of moving to TalkTalk on the essentials package as it looks like excellent value for money at £3.25 a month for 9 months then £6.50 a month for the last 3 months.

Just wanted to check that it is unlimited as I remember seeing posts saying that it might revert back to 40gb at some point?

Also what times are p2p throttled?

The router it comes with only has 2 ethernet ports - does anyone know if you can pay extra to get the one that comes with the plus package or am i better just buying one?

Sorry one last question, whilst i am aware that p2p is throttled is anything else?

TalkTalk reserve right to remove the unlimited, a lot depends on the overall usage of the million or so customers I guess.

p2p not sure, should be some KPI charts that give this, could not quickly spot them.

On ports just buy an ethernet switch for £10 to £20, always hand to have.
