Without knowing the connection speed and going on just the estimates then yes that is more reasonable.
The wavy tbb result might suggest you are close to some form of bottle neck, but pattern looks more like PC software issue.

it may well be PC software issue i have noticed some hiccups and the like here and there so maybe its time for a format and reinstall
