If WBC is on the way, then I'd have said its likely that TalkTalk LLU was available.
As for confirming, we have no confirmed TalkTalk speedtests from that exchange, which with its size is not a surprise.
Their surcharge for off-net is usually £15/month, so I cannot see them connecting you on SimplyBroadband for £2.50 if it was NOT full LLU

Well given the world famous reputation of the TalkTalk overseas telephone support staff (rated the worst for how many years ?) it is possible that the OP's situation was not fully covered by "the script" or he got a "lazy" operator and they just gave a standard answer.
Given a choice between believing what SamKnows says and what a random TT phone rep says I know which way my money would go.
TT reps don't seem to visit theses forums very often so, from what I understand you no longer have to be a TT customer to go on their Customer Forums - you could always try registering and asking the question there - the response should be from UK based technical staff.

Or the OP could check for TTB partial LLU availablity with a reseller?

WBC is due 31st October 2013 checking a number on that exchange
The TalkTalk website is offering SimplyBroadband on other numbers/postcodes too

I've posted on the TalkTalk members site - I'll post back when I get an answer.
TalkTalk certainty don't make it easy to find a list of exchanges they've LLU'd even on the members site!

Still Market 1 - might be worth checking with Plusnet as an alternative ISP to TalkTalk once the exchange is 21CN WBC enabled, at the end of October, and they might offer "low cost area" Market 2 pricing?

It will be Market 1 forever, as Ofcom has not updated the list for a couple of years and next set will be Market A and Market B

Oh yes - I forgot about the A and B thing

I agree - Sam doesn't always know . A smallish exhange near me (1800 lines or so) had TT LLU installed - Samknows said not. I knew a TT customer who had gotten a letter to say their service was being improved and price decreasing, which I thought was odd. A few weeks later, TalkTalk sponsored the local village football team and took out a huge advert in the programme, announcing their LLU presence. Samknows was eventually updated.

Ignore the samknows links. They took months to update my exchange (and all the ones around) when TalkTalk LLU'd them. Maybe if you'd have told them instead of waiting until someone else did, it would have been quicker.
