A friend uses Talk Talk. AOL for her webmail email on her wifi laptop.
Recently it switched, without her intervention, from "Standard" email client to "Basic" with a warning that her browser did not support "Standard". It reported that it had detected "Mozilla... and something like Gecko?
She only has I.E and Chrome installed.
She can get to "Standard" but accepting the warning but next time she logs in she has to go through the same procedure.
How can she return to her previous use of "Standard" on first login?
I am doing this remotely as I only saw her problem yesterday when I visited her and will have to do everything remotely for some time.
Note I am typing this trying to remember what I saw yesterday.
Any help please?
