Seems like their communications between departments is poor - hope you don't have to fight for a refund of any overpayments. The broadband migration (?) should be OK though.

It was a migration and it did go through okay TTB to BTW but I just logged into the portal and seen a bill for higher than usual (by £5) but no massive bill.

Usually £45.54 inc VAT but this new bill is £42 + VAT but i've paid it anyway - and that's the final one as far as I am concerned.

So connected to my new ISP but it's saying I am still on TTB even though I am literally using new login details on a non TTB router lol

Which ISP did you migrate to?

The voice part of my line has migrated to PO today with the broadband ceasing. Will give TTB a few days for their systems to update before asking for a final bill. I'm expecting the worst though...being charged for the remaining months of my min term until April 2018 LOL

Yet when I spoke to them yesterday they said there are no outstanding charges on my account and I can cancel my direct debit - which I've already done. Will give them a call on Monday to ask what they're playing at!

It just says "...you may be required to pay..." and then I presume it quotes the amount payable if you do have to pay, i.e. termination without good cause?

I suspect that letter is a standard template letter which is sent to all migrating customers. Will ask them to clear up things next week.
