Transfer

Hi Trying to move from Now tv Fibre broadband to TTB Fibre.TTB say they cannot move me to their service because its a Sky line.I only moved from BT to Now tv 20 days ago.Leaving because Internet is rubbish as is c/s.Can anyone advise please.Thanks

No reason why full LLU cannot move to another full LLU provider.

Perhaps TT cs is rubbish too

Just seen this post on Sky Chat forum. (Which provider are you attempting to switch to? If you are on Sky LLU, then you will have to go back to BT on a return to donor. It's free, but requring a 12m lne rental contract. You can't switch direct to another LLU service.
You should be able to take your number with you on this basis).

I am confused why you are asking yourself the question of who you are switching to?

In terms of having to go back to BT, that is false, you can switch LLU to LLU, people do it all the time.

It would appear that customer services on your intended ISP isn't up to the job. Hopefully the rest of their service performs considerably better.

That's a post on the MSE forum from over 6 years ago. Mind you, LLU to LLU migrations were possible back then too, as you might have read from the post after the one you quoted.

If the providers you are choosing cannot do a simple migration, does that fill you with much hope? It is possible, there should be no issues.
