Well I've just renewed my contract with Talktalk

I did so via their chat line, I asked the question "If as an existing customer with some 6 months left on an 18 month contract can I renew today for a further 18 months at your offer of £22.50p a month, bearing in mind that at present I am paying £25.00p a month"

The answer was yes, I'll transfer you to our loyalty team who will assist you, which they did, so now saving myself £2.50p a month, well pleased.

Appreciate there are other cheaper offers about for T/T but I suspect those are more for new customers only.

I am also paying £25 a month on an 18 month contract and believe it will go up to £32 when it ends (someone correct me if that is wrong) so in theory you have saved £9:50 a month, i will have to see how long i have left on mine.
