My Sky FTTP contract is drawing to a close and they seem reluctant to match TalkTalk 500 at £40 a month.

I read somewhere TalkTalk Future support is 100% UK based and different to normal TalkTalk retails support lines? Is that true?

The Future Fibre support team does, indeed, appear to be UK based (Manchester, I think).

They are UK based for TTB - I would presume, as above, the same for resi
