If you go for 'Talk Talk' as your next ISP you must be crazy!!!!

I know you like cheap but considering your previous experience with your current ISP you would be jumping back into a sinking ship. As we have all told you a thousand time get yourself a decent ISP even if its for just this upcoming contract period in case you have issues.

I was losing the will to live! wink

Luckily they tried to fob me off on their webchat and I retried Plusnet (for about the fifth time). I placed an order but it just freezes at portal.plus.net. frown

I've tried just about every ISP on the planet (well it seems that way) wink Most haven't even bothered to respond! frown

Not sure as we never get the full details but the OP may be looking at TalkTalk Business services.

TT do use Openreach, but the question is do Openreach use Openreach, and the answer is 'not always', OR subbed out my instal to Kowboy Communications. They left a selection of holes with rawlplugs in the wall, one of which holds up the ONT.

Back when I had FTTC TT regularly organised for OR to send people out, not that it did much good.
The cheapest TT FTTP 'Fibre 65' has an estimated 78/20 with a minimum of 55, hk11's speed with Vodafone would trigger a OR visit.

I don't think so hk11 is on a vodafone 40/10 service.

Openreach seemed concerned when I contacted them about it ...... Until I told them I had been chasing Vodafone for over six months!

I heard a rumour that all the ISP's had a conference call earlier today and Plusnet had drawn the short straw wink

LOL!

They made me work for it with a crazy server error though! frown

A slow 80/20 has got to be better than Vodafone's 40/10. smile
