I don't think so hk11 is on a vodafone 40/10 service.

The speed that hk11 has reported with his present set up would, in my experience, trigger a OR visit if he had a higher 'guaranteed' speed.

What's that supposed to mean ? The fact that all the speed tests have been over Wi-Fi would mean they would be invalid for any Openreach intervention.

I've only done wifi speed tests for years, never been a problem with OR intervention. Although I must admit I rarely pick up another network.

You must be interacting correctly with ISP's and know how to present your gathered evidence. We have had a recent example of someone who clearly doesn't frown

For 10 years a large part of my job was dispute resolution.
