Sadly at 11am Saturday my broadband went down, fortunately my land line was still working because as I have a very intermittent mobile signal here (I'm lucky to get 1 bar) I phoned through to support and went through the standard tests with them, they were able to identify were the fault was and arranged for an engineer to call today and fix the problem this afternoon. He arrived punctually at the designated time, found the problem was the router and replaced it. Everyone I spoke to at Talk talk has been most helpful. So often on here I read tails of woe about other's experience, I thought it would be a nice to be able to give some positive feedback.,
