In reply to a post by Banger:
Difficult to tell the tracking just says delivered by NDC Hub which I have no idea what that is and you cant view proof of delivery without the delivery post code which I don't have.
None of this is relevant, you have proof that the item was handed over to Royal Mail, that's where your responsibility ends. If RM lost it that's not your problem, if TalkTalk's logistics can't scan it that's also not your fault.

Just got a call and they have agreed to close the case and that they have received the router and cancelled the £60 charge and I am free to go. laugh

Got all that put in writing in email so I can just fire off the email to anyone who comes back asking for money.

Another call from TTB Complaints saying the same thing as the previous call, so belt and braces this charge should be dropped.

Well fingers crossed you get an email or some other confirmation from them in writing confirming no charges and no further action required. What a bunch of muppets!

That email doesn't guarantee they wont chase me as I had a similar email 3 weeks ago saying it had been credited then 3 weeks later a collection notice so I am not holding my breath.

No it doesn't, but it does give you ammunition if they do come chasing you for anything!
