Please translate!

My Voyager stats report that the following tests have failed, although I have a good connection at the moment. I'm on a fixed speed BTYahoo line, not Max. Should I worry that these tests have failed? Please translate using not too techie language! Do I need to do anything, as I do occasionally lose my connection for a few hours.

Test ATM OAM f4 segment ping - FAIL (in big red letters!)
Test ATM OAM end-to-end ping - ditto
Ping primary Domain Name Server - ditto

what happens if you repeat the tests ?

The ATM ping test is to send a "cell" of data and expecting it to come back, but it didn't.

Pinging the primary DNS server also failed.

Usually this would indicate a connectivity problem, but the same things can happen if the ping response of the other end is disabled.
