How to get ISP & BT to UPDATE Profile?

After years of syncing at 1meg via router, knowing full well I should be getting more, I took alook at my internal wiring, and low and behold after wiring all the sockets with the cables i need, I'm now syncing at over 3meg.

Now BTWHOLESALE is saying I have a 0.5 line at a push, and ISP is saying im stable at 288 kb/s, how long does it take for them to update my line profile from the time i sync'd at 3meg for the first time?

Can I get my isp to activate the 10 day training period again?

Should change after 3 days with consistantly higher sync

just checked my number on btwholesale checker and its still showing as my line only caperble of 0.5 megs....its been sycing at over 3meg for a while now. when will samknows and btwholesale checker update to reflect this?
