2.5Mbps but if you can improve your SNR margin, i.e. your connection, even slightly, to push your sync above 3424 for three days you would get 3Mbps. However, how long you stay there depends on your line and you just might find it jumping between 2.5 and 3. However, it does depend on your line and how low your SNR margin gets at the worst time of day, i.e. evening and night after dark.
If you are syncing now at 3.4 but only getting 2Mbps or so that might suggest that you have a had a number of syncs below 2848 in the last three days knocking your speed down to 2Mbps. The problem is that during that three days of attempted recovery, any other low syncs knocks you back to the start of the three day count again.
