Constant Disconnects

Hi all,

having really strange problems here at the moment. My internet connection keeps disconnecting then randomely re-connecting.

When I use my phone line its really crackly and sometimes disconnects then reconnects when im on the phone to someone.
I unplugged my phone earlier but that didnt do any help either.
Ive also got my filter plugged straight into the phone socket behind the front panel.

Im with Eclipse (ive sent them an email)

Ive changed all of my hardware including my ADSL Wireless router, my filter and both cables, but all to no avail.

Ive just looked at the attenuation stats (although they mean nothing to me!)

Noise Margin
Upstream - 10dB
Downstream - 30dB

Attenuation
Upstream - 17.5dB
Downstream = 29dB

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

My Router is Belkin F5D7630

If the phone is crackly when your ADSL kit is disconnected then you need to get BT to sort that out first. It could cause the other problems.
