Throughput Enhancement and Roaming Aggressiveness

Do these wireless adaptor setting make much of a difference? Any recommendations? I have assigned my Bt HomeHub a fixed channel (11). Thanks in advance.

The biggest difference is if other people around you are using the same channels and their wireless network signals are interfering with yours. If there are no nearby networks, then it really doesn't matter which one you use.

Higher number channels are often recommended because many routers default to channels 1 or 6 and users don't bother to change them.

Regards,

Felix
