He states, the problem is, that the BT incoming wires in the picture are "strange" colours and don't correspond to those talked about on websites.

The 10 incoming I have are 5 x white plus a blue, brown, green, orange and grey.

The blue and a white were connected by BT to the "A and B" (as you can see below) to provide his phone line which also carries my broadband via a remote filter.

I'm ignorant to BT wiring so haven't got a clue.

Can anyone make any recommendations to the wiring?
