Brightbox router and Sky on demand

Hi anyone got any ideas of how to set port forwarding on the bright box router to get sky on demand working?

both sky and EE haven't got a clue and Im left paying for something i can't use

You don't do anything. It should just work. Does the sky box have an ip address from the Bright Box ??
Found in the settings menu.

Hi yes it connects to network but on demand keeps showing fail , i know it used to work fine when with previous broadband provider

Seen your posts in the Sky forum. Is this a wired or wireless connection ??

The EE Brightbox seems badly borked. It doesn't handle VOIP at all well - it's so bad it's unusable. I think you might be better off with a different router.

I can confirm it should just work. Have you changed your Sky box?

To see if you can get it working at all, you can go to DHCP and reserve the sky box an IP. Then go to Firewall > DMZ and enter that IP as a client.
