Speedtest.net says 20 Mbps

fast.com says 57 Mbps

I'm desyncing a lot from game servers too

Sometimes it's for 5-10 seconds at a time, every few seconds

Sometimes it's a permanent desync and I have to relog

3.5Ghz intel cpu
32GB ram

no other users

Is this over wifi?

Have you tried a different router, do you know if your router is staying in sync?

The router is staying in sync all the time, I would see its connection light flash if it disconnected from the internet

But a few times, when I desync from game servers, I have also been unable to reach websites, and voice over ip also cuts out

When that happens, it's usually only for around 10 to 15 seconds, and it's only happened a few times in the last few weeks

I don't have another router to try

Is the phone crackling when you get these low speeds? Maybe someone else may come along with ideas. Other than checking your setup and maybe getting EE to send a new router to test it could be congestion which again is an EE prob.

It isn't crackling popping now

I'm pretty sure EE won't send me a new router without charging me for it
