Changeing to a Faceplate

I have decided to ditch the filters and opt for a dedicated faceplate. Once I have this installed if there are any gains to be had do these happen instantly or does it take a while for your profile to update?

Sync speed and stability gains are instant, IP (BRAS) profile takes three days (give or take) to catch up.
