Qos question for Be there

My router offers three options fo Qos
VBR
CBR
UBR

which option should I selected? what do all the acronyms stand for

I believe mine is set for VBR (Variable bit rate) rather than CBR (Constant Bit Rate) or UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate)

I have read and understaood thanks

I jtaken a look at the router settings and chose VBR option on this setting its asking for a pcr and scr value - what would you suggest?

pcr = peak cell rate
scr = sustained cell rate (or something similar)
