I've just spent 20 minutes on the phone with 151 who eventually referred me to 150. Twenty minutes on the phone with them, mainly on hold while she consulted with the technical dept. I used the magic words but to no avail. It'll cost me over

Bt told me the same.

Question is has anyone had the nerve to replace the master socket?
