potential connection speed

can anyone enlighten me on what connection speed i should be expecting?

ISP - talk talk (LLU)

attenuation - 55 (down) 15.5 (up)
margin - 12 (down) 24 (up)

4Mb sync, perhaps.

85% of that would be the off-peak throughput. Around 440kB/s downloading.

Looks like a slightly noisy line though. Have you trie connecting through the test socket?

Depends if Talk-Talk have you on ADSL1, or ADSL2/2+.

With a margin around 12dB, I'd expect you to connect around 2.5Mbps on ADSL1, and about the same (maybe a bit higher) on ADSL2/2+.
If you can get on a 6dB target margin, I'd expect around 3.5Mbps from ADSL1, and around 4Mbps from ADSL2/2+ (but these are pretty close to ideal speeds, and may only be possible if your router is connected to an ADSL filtered face-plate, and located at the master phone socket).

current connect rate is 1 M

exchange - Livingston Station (ESLVS) which is supposed to be have been enabled for MAX DSL in 2006
