Hi Andrew,
Did your note passing get acknowledged? I've been on at O2 multiple times and they still refuse to acknowledge that there's any problem.

you can get better customer service and sensible line speeds elsewhere for your £22.50 / £17.50 per month.

Sadly I'm locked into the contract, and because they quoted 512kb then they say they're meeting the terms of the contract.
The problem is I can't get them to even understand that I seem to be on fixed speed ADSL rather than ADSLMax
