I have a client who is on BT Business Broadband (20C). They have a very poor line and are only managing to sync at around 1.5Mbps - however not much we can do about this. Things have been OK, but just recently they have been complaining about very slow browsing, slow response times from websites etc.
A tracert to their static IP address from my internet connection is showing very high latency within, what seems to be, the BT core network:

The culprit seems to be 81.147.49.14 which is within the BT network - would my take on this be right?
Interestingly I've been monitoring the line with mon.it.or.us and it is showing this latency is occuring between about 11am and 5pm...This morning I also set up a ping monitor here at Thinkbroadband and it too is starting to show the same problem...
So given the tracert above, is the latency definitely within the BT network?
Thanks
