Broadband Speed Problems

Please any ideas, my broadband only works when I lift the telephone off the hook. Then I get 5meg but if the phone is not being used the broadband speed crashes.

I have got filters on both phone sockets and have tried disconnecting the phones to no effect.

report it to your ISP as broadband not working - call them on a mobile.

It's a line fault and needs Openreach to fix it.
