In the 1 hour 53 seconds the link was connected, you averaged

683Bytes per second, which is a total of

3653 * 683 / 1000 = 2494KB downloaded, or 2.4MB or 0.0024GB

NOTE If the router resyncs the average is reset. Which Netgear router, the newer ones e.g. DGN2200 have a propert usage counter in them.

In reply to a post by MrSaffron:
you averaged 683 Bytes per second
They were only Rx B/s! What about the 2325 Tx B/s? Aren't they more significant?
In reply to a post by MrSaffron:

What use is that to the OP? They were only over a 1h 53s period. Unless this was a average period throughout the month, he cannot extrapolate it. Even then that is only 1.7 GB per month.

In essence, the OP needs a NetMeter (or similar) on all his PCs.

Depends on the ISP, RX implies received as in download, TX implies transmitted as in uploaded

NOTE: My text did mention the fact that these reset if modem reconnects

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/tbbmeter.html is another option

Duh! I believe you've missed my point by a mile frown

I wasn't arguing the semantics of definitions. Whichever directions those terms relate to, the OP was enquiring about both down and up. I was pointing out that you ignored the larger TX figure which was nearly 4x the RX one.

One presumes given the example for download they could follow same for upload...

4x almost nothing anyway
