missing SuperUser Acount on O2wirelessbox V2

First off i would like to appologise if this is in the wrong place place, new to this forum and there are soooo many different categories.
Now i know some of you are thinking here is another idiot who can't read the other posts on the default password (O2Br0ad64nd), but thats not my problem and i have been searching for quite some time now.
my problem is that the is no SuperUser acount on my wireless box, it has dissapeared, i used to be able to log on using it without any problems, but now i can't. i have looked under the user managment page and now it only lists the Administrator account. does anyone else have this problem? or even better a way to fix this?

P.S. (the main reason for wanting this back is i need to use the MAC access control)

I think you were right the 1st time. Where better place to ask about O2 specific kit.

if there is an mod around could you move this to the O2 specific section if you feel that would be a better place.

This seems a perfectly sensible place to me.

Is there a factory reset button? It is often easier just to start again from scratch.

O2 changed the password to the Serial Number of the box. You're better off posting in the O2 forum here, or ringing O2 support.

i knew that they had changed the normal administrator password to the box serial number, so i managed to admin log in using that after a hard/factory reset yesterday. i tried the same straight after for the super user and it didn't let me in. just tried it again and it logged in fine. must have typed it in incorrectly.
i think one of the firmware updates must have edited the user list to not show that account to normal admins.

i feel i have wasted your time now, so apologies for that and once again thanks. you've saved my day!

There is some kind of bug / feature which means you may have to enter the password twice to log you in
