Thanks for your input andy, through trial and error, all sorted, still got the extension off the back of the filtered faceplate to the dining room for telephone and alarm.

If you can non-SingTel software you may see an improvement. On downstream margin drops from 11.7 dB speed will increase.

2700HGVs with right firmware are some of the best on long lines.

I understand what your saying - thanks, but default C&W LLU is set to a 9db noise margin, I can reduce this to 6db with the netgear, but cant on BT business hub.

Will update and try anyway though, just for reference.
