Well the item has been returned so I'll stick to what I know works. If Linksys support don't know what they're talking about what hope do us mere technical guys have.

Linksys have a technical support? Last time I wanted to know whether a switch had a fan in it I just got told to go and ask on their forums.

Their products are excellent in my opinion, far better than other routers on the market of the same price, but their support and website gets more naff every year.

Shame because if they pulled their finger out they could be much stronger in the UK market.

Bought one, couldn't get it to work, found the latest firmware, upgraded and it's all working. F/W 2.0.0.1 working on Be/O2
