Internet Dropping out

So I've been having issues with my connection for a while now, The disconnects usually only came around once a month. But recently they've started increasing dramatically. Today i've already had 2 disconnects. Hopefully there is something that stands out on my router stats as i don't have a clue what they mean.

Do you have a master socket where the lower half can be removed, if so plug into the socket taking off the lower half reveals and see if the stats give a higher connection speed.

A chance the issue is the telephone wiring in your property.

We do have a master socket which i can plug the router into but the problem with it is that there is no power sockets in the same room as it so we have had to resort to plugging into an extension. I will try plugging into it but I won't be able to leave it plugged in for longer than 5 minutes (Plug extension cables lying around)

NOTE: It is the test socket, not the visible socket i.e. you need to use

You only need to do this long enough to get the statistics. If that does improve things then try

Which can help reduce the problem of noise picked up on extension wiring.

That's a lot of ES for 3 hours. if that is when you last rebooted.
