Hi all,
I'm hoping you can help me. For the past several months we've been unable to stream anything, radio or TV, without pause then failure. Downloads don't work either; they tend to drop off to 0bps after approx 15 seconds and do not restart. It makes no difference if I begin a download and leave it in peace or do other things - it is guaranteed to fail.
I'm with Orange/EE, having been with them since 2009, but never had this problem in our old property pre-October last year. Customer Service just ran the script, right down to turning all 5 problem devices - Wii, 2x smartphone, 2x laptop - off and on again and rebooting the router. They think it's a problem internal to the house. I have a degree in Comp Sci but I'm stumped on this. I have a Brightbox, stats below.
Any thoughts?
