Hi i hope someone in here can help me..i am having real problems with high pings and some packet loss and was hoping someone could guide me in my next steps to rectify this
That shows hardly any packet loss except in the full yellow sections, but awful latency. The big red patch now showing is almost certainly to do with your IP address having changed at 10:25 this morning - did you do a reconnection and are you on a dynamic IP address? The BQM should only be used with a static IP address, for that reason.
You can get a static IP address via your Member Centre for a one-off £5 and it takes effect as soon as you do another disconnection. The existing BQM needs deleting else tbb will be pinging the next person to get that address.
