I'm with Zen and I'm experiencing same.

Been in touch with technical, they saying is all good and nothing can be done, but its affecting download speed from websites ;/ I cant hit 9 MB when downloading, maybe 6-7 even from thinkbroadband
Full speed of 9MB/s when downloading from Steam for example.
