I wonder - at the start of the 8 hours, did you do a re-sync of the router, or a power cycle. In other words, might those counts be for longer than 8 hours?
Even if they are, over half the packets being errored is horrendous.

This isn't making sense. You have these millions of errors in 8 hours, 2746 error seconds (46 minutes) but no Severe ES. I suspect the figures.
What router is it, and how long have you had it? Have you another? If so, did you get the current one because of the loss of speed?
Probably unimportant - which ISP and package is it please?
