In the period between our original complaint to TalkTalk and us cancelling our contract with them and going with BT, a new Cabinet was installed adjacent to the old 'Copper Cabinet'; however, prior to this installation ALL Service Providers were quoting speeds up to 37mb/s.
Now some three weeks later it is becoming clear that Openreach are the ones culpable, as their Database is incorrect and out of date and despite BT being informed of this Openreach still connected us to the wrong Cabinet.
