Post the picture on a sharing website, like Dropbox, then post a link to the resulting page.

Also needs reporting to whoever you pay your telephone line rental too, so that a visit to fix it can be arranged

For sure.... but I�d add that one person�s perception of what constitutes a badly installed line is not always the same as others.
So a photo and a description of the actual problem might be handy.
