When it works, it's great!
When it doesn't work, it can take a while for them to fix it. So if you WFH, I would suggest a backup connection unless you can afford anything from a few hours to few days of downtime in the worst case (physical damage)
I've had a couple of multi-hour outages, but this year has been more stable.
They have a network status page now, and support every day from 8am to 8pm, which wasn't the case when I signed up (no weekend support).
All in all, for the price you can't really go wrong.
