Need router that does need external antenna

[link to this post]

I have to use a broadband antenna on the roof of house to get good mbs, without it I get 0 mbs 0 download 0 upload. I want to take down the antenna . So I'm looking for a router that will give good mbs, good download upload speeds, without the antenna on the roof, there must be some type of router like this on the market. I'm on 4G

You can't really get around physics. If the signal level and topography means that the only place you can pick up a signal is with a directional antenna on the roof then you need to use a directional antenna on the roof, assuming you've done all the easy options like checking if a different network serves you better.

+1 a fancy new hub isn’t going to rearrange the mountain / hills.
