I was with ADSL24 then it was taken over by Coms and what a fiasco that has turned out to be but enough said about that. I jumped ship to Zen beginning of February but so far I've received 2 invoices asking for a monthly payment for broadband Coms haven't supplied me with. How long does it take Coms to realise that I am no longer a customer of theirs? I have telephoned them 3 times and been assured that if I ignore the invoices they will stop. Anyone know how to get passed the front line at Coms and get to somebody that knows what they're doing so I can get this stopped?
