Back in March i re-newed my contract with TT for another 18 months, Then soon after this I found out I will be moving home and I can not move my TT service to the new address.
I got in touch with TT via their support forum to cancel the order as I was with in the 20 days I had to do so. Over the phone they did not understand what I wanted.
OCE Arnie got in touch and said it was rolled back to the previous contract.
So Imagine my surprise today when I go to cancel my service that there would be a termination fee of £144! And that the contract had not been rolled back!
