Anyone else with this shower?
I'm not impressed with their total lack of customer care.
I am unable to get the ADSL log in password out of them and they have billed me a completely unrelated amount to what I signed up (via the MSE website) for.
I even finished my NowTV contract early as the savings paid for the early termination fee.
Wish I'd gone back to Plusnet now.

I have the same router with Utility Warehouse.
My login/password details are on their website.
Have you tried your Shell Energy page?

Is it not time to throw in the towel ? They a clearly fairly pants as a service provider.
Leave now whilst you can, rather than getting tied into many months of ineptitude.

I've only once *had* to leave an ISP, that was EE. SE have at least acknowleged receipt of my complaint, but I will send another email later, informing them I will be leaving if they don't sort the problems out within the cooling off period.
TBH I've yet to find the perfect ISP. Plusnet used to be pretty good, but the recent billing problem has shown they are just as bad as the rest when it comes down to it. I must admit once minor problems have been ironed out one ISP is much the same as another these days. Sky seemed OK last time I was with them. It all depends if you get a problem that needs sorting. If not there seems little to choose between providers.

Worked for me.
Anyway you should know about your own provider's website and being able to login to your own personal area.

Perhaps it is a specific link for you? Just tried it again and get the same error.
I can log in to the Shell Energy website, well the BB specific area. It's not clear why there are two areas, when it's the same company and not two different links or better still a pull-down to show energy or BB.
Edit: url for this is - https://www.shellenergy.co.uk/login
Anyway once logged in I just get my latest bill and an option to join a money saving area on Shell petrol. Is that what you get?

I'm not with them. As I explained previously, my login details (username and password) are on my UW personal page.
I was trying to get you to look at your page (if you had one) to see if your details were available.
