Enat.Net Ongoing Packet Loss and Latency

Anyone else experiencing packet loss and latency issues with Enta.net?
Been going on for weeks and nothing seems to get done about it.
Several of my clients are with them and all experience the same issues but Enta.net seem to be in denial.

Your graph isn't showing much of a problem. i am with freeola a enta reseller havent noticed any packet loss but have been having latency spikes with a regular pattern of just under every two hours. just assumed it was something on my network

Entanet and BT Wholesale have been investigating this all week. It seems the issue is from the BT Wholesale side of the network. At the moment the issue isn't presenting itself which is making diagnosis tricky and it's been ok for the last couple of days.
